Went to buy P21/5W bulb for Kia Cerato 2019 DRL. Bought NARVA one, as soon as Staff saw me struggling to find the product, they quickly came and assisted me in picking up the right item. Checkout process was quick. Parking is not an issue at all. Recommend this store.
I believe this is very slow and bad service in australia. I bouth online on thursday go to pickup on Sunday. In 4 day they no enough the time really item for customer, they need another one day time to really the item. What you doing blacktown repco? Don’t go there if you don’t want to ruin your day as they start taunting you by giving examples and you have to be out of the store asap otherwise they will try to say that is the exit gate if you are looking for it.

Worst experience I have ever had, don’t go there If you don’t want to waste your time and money. As they don’t care what their policy says they just can’t help anybody out. When I have been there, they guy at the counter tried that I should not try anything at all and should leave the store asap, second time the another guy says they can’t refund something which is faulty. They did it when I open up my phone and it was written online in their policy, for change of mind within 30 days.
